Once, I arrived, the hostesses said, It would be a hour (plus)? She was very rude, over talked me and informed me, the person who answered, does NOT know? Wow. I requested to speak to a manager, Jim. Jim, was worse, than his employees. I am very dissatisfied! I drove 4 hours to Cleveland, to visit family. When Chili's was suggested, I was happy. Now, I thank Jim, the manager of Chili's, North Olmstead, OH; for giving me an opportunity to spending my money somewhere else and enjoy great food!!September 04, 2016
