  AWFUL. Service was not only slow but embarrassing. My waiter set the plates on the table fine but just threw every piece of silverware all over. We let that slide but when we grabbed our plates I saw everything was wet and dirty like it just came out of the sink. We had to clean our plates and silverware. After 20 minutes we finally got our appetizers which we're good, there but our main courses were horrible. My mother got spoiled mashed potatoes, funny tasting meat, and it was smothered in gravy which he asked the waiter to hold. We told our waiter about our experience and got an assistant manager. He didn't do anything for us. The chef then came out and said everything was fresh and she just might not have liked it and he walked away. It gets worse. When we got our bill, we discovered that my mother's main course was still wanted to be paid for. Our waiter revised the check and I went over it. We were still charged for everything. The waiter said she messed up the numbers and she'll get us another revised check. This was one of, if not, the worst restaurant I've been to in all my life. Go somewhere else and thank me later.

  Last time my family and I checked into this Applebee's location, we left the place in displeasure. To cut a very long story short, it all began when my wife's Caesar Salad came back with no salad dressing and the salad itself was not cut properly. They actually gave her HUGE chunks of the lettuces stem. (Generally this part of the lettuce is cut off at the stem. ) We called the waitress and gave our complaint about the issues. She apologized and told us that they ran out of Caesar Dressing and that she would return with a new salad.
  
  Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. When my wife's food finally came out, it did not taste very well and she ended up not eating very much.
  
  I felt really bad for my wife that her whole order was a mess.
  
  I highly recommend that management keep their staff properly trained.
